You can order online, through The Hens Co app, WhatsApp or email. However, you can call us on +91-7880008188 for any help related to placing an order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.
Delivery fee will be applicable as per order.
Your order will be delivered within 24 hours.
Orders can be placed anytime.
Once confirmed, the order will be delivered at your doorstep.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at +91-7880008188. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders promptly and once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will be expected only within 1 hour of confirmation.
If order cancellation is accepted, a refund will be initiated within 4-5 working days.
The location that is not served by the Hen’s Company is shown as non-serviceable.
To change the address, you will need to cancel the order and place a fresh order with the new address.
Yes, you can pay online
You can pay by:
(I) Credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.
(II) Any other RBI approved payment method at the time of booking an order.
(III) Cash on delivery.
There are 3 ways to pay:
  • Subscription - Credit/Debit Cards will be linked and the amount will be deducted as per the order.
  • Pay as you go - Payments can be made with debit or credit cards for each order.
  • Cash on Delivery - Payments can be made when you receive the order at your doorstep.
Yes, you can download the invoice from my order’s section in the Hen’s Co. Application.
Eggs are handpicked and cleaned by hand. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.
Yes. Bulk orders can be placed via email: bd@henscompany.com or through The Hen’s Co app.
No, Registration on The Hen’s Co. application is absolutely free.
Yes, you can use The Hens Co as a guest for checkout or you can register yourself as well.
No. Each email addresses and phone number can only be associated with one account.
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different addresses you need to place them as separate orders.
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
  • You need to enter your email address or mobile number on the Login page and click on forgot password.
  • An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address or you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues, please contact our customer support team.
You can change your delivery address through our application once you log into your account. Click on the top left-hand corner and go to the “address” section to change your delivery address.
No, we are purely internet-based and do not have any brick and mortar stores.
